7 sessions over 6 month period at our Crewe and Alsager Groups
Learn gentle exercises to improve your strength, balance and mobility.
Reduce your risk and fear of falling is possible with our free Otago strength and balance training program.
The simple exercises are designed for older adults and are adaptable to match all abilities and circumstances. Most of them can be done seated if required.

Everybody Sport and Leisure
The Ability for All program run by Everybody Sport & Leisure has a range of inclusive activities for all ages with a disability or a long- term condition, encouraging them to have an active and healthy lifestyle to help with their personal wellbeing
The different activities are adapted to make sure they are suitable for all ages and ability levels. This ensures people enjoy the session, develop social skills and explore their abilities.

Trips
30 Members enjoyed a trip on the Anderton Boat Lift in August 2021 with a Fish and Chip Lunch.
12 Member’s had a trip on the Wheely Boat in June 2022 from Overwater Marina nr Audlem. We enjoyed an Afternoon Tea which was paid for by the Round Table in Nantwich and supplied by Broo Café and Coffee, Crewe.
