We are NOT just a social Group. We support individuals, 18+ who have survived a Stroke with fun and engaging activities to help develop and support them with their speech, language and communication difficulties and help them to feel safe and secure with their peers.
We are very inclusive, have a person-centred approach and many friendships have been formed. We support the individuals to gain their confidence, reduce isolation and everyone is treated as an individual and are included in our activities in the way that they can progress.
We have dedicated Volunteers that are all DBS checked and can work with an individual if required.<\/p>\n
